SHIPPING POLICY

We know the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Our large network aims to provide your orders in a quick secure way and takes about 5 working days to deliver them to you.

Shipping is available in all locations across India.

We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 499 in India. If the total order amount is under Rs 499, additional shipping charges will be levied.

Payment of your order is accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD),

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select cities in India, the names of which have been mentioned below.

To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be ordered. Maximum of 3 products of a single piece will be accepted in a single order.

MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).

All shipping will be carried out by leading Courier Partners in the industry. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with applicable of the partners. All refunds will also be carried out through same payment gateway.

Express Delivery option is available with the above mentioned courier partners, charges will be levied according to your location. The express delivery charged will be mentioned before you place your order.

Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, no modification in shipping address will be accepted.

In case the order does not reach you within the stipulated time period, can raise the complaint at care@Scitron.com with your order number.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped. Once the order has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted. After the order has been shipped, only return or exchange will be available which will be accepted after the order is received by the customer. Multiple order cancellations by one customer with lead to their account being added in our COD Blacklist.

 

RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out you might need to return or exchange your purchased product. We strive to make your return/exchange process smooth and easy.

All products on the website can be returned or exchanged.

To return a product, you need to make a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.

To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 3 of receiving the product.

Returns/Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account and going in the “My Orders” section anytime during the period.

Returns are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original seal and undamaged/unopened packaging.

The shipping cost for the return of the product needs to be borne by the customer.

In case of Cash On Delivery, the customer will have to pay the bill and process the return separately.

If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on care@Scitron.com. Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a picture of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage at care@Scitron.com
