Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We know the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders promptly. Our network aims to provide your orders in a quick, secure way and takes about working days to reach you.
  2. All orders are fulfilled by Vitamin Planet, our authorised nutritional partner.
  3. Shipping is available in all locations across India.
  4. We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 499 in India. If the total order amount is under Rs 499, additional shipping charges will be applicable.
  5. You can pay for your order through Cash on Delivery (COD).
  6. A Cash on Delivery charge of Rs. 69 will be applicable on all orders.
  7. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select cities in India. Click the below link to know.

  8. On all orders worth Rs. 5000 & above, we don’t offer Cash on Delivery.
  9. Cashback offers are only applicable on prepaid orders. They are not applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.
  10. To be eligible to receive your purchase from the website, a minimum of 1 product needs to be purchased. A maximum of 3 units of a product can be purchased in a single order.
  11. MRPs of all products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are applicable as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
  12. Our shipping partners are the leading courier partners in the industry. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available with the application of the partners. All refunds will be carried out through the same payment gateway.
  13. The express delivery option is also available. Charges will be applicable according to your location. The express delivery charged will be applicable before you place your order.
  14. Customers can modify the shipping address only before the product has been packed. After the packing of the product is complete, the shipping address will not be modified.
  15. If the order does not reach you within the stipulated period, you can raise the complaint at care@Scitron.com with your order number.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will be accepted before the order has been packaged and shipped. Once the order has been packed, cancellations will not be accepted. After the order has been shipped, only return or exchange will be available which will be accepted after the order is received by the customer. Multiple order cancellations by one customer with lead to their account being added in our COD Blacklist.

RETURN POLICY

  1. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out you might need to return or exchange your purchased product. We strive to make your return/exchange process smooth and easy.
  2. All products on the website can be returned or exchanged.
  3. To return a product, you need to make a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
  4. To exchange a product, you need to make an exchange request within 3 of receiving the product.
  5. Returns/Exchanges can be easily done by logging into your account and going in the “My Orders” section anytime during the period.
  6. Returns are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original seal and undamaged/unopened packaging.
  7. The shipping cost for the return of the product needs to be borne by the customer.
  8. Once you have placed the return request and it has been accepted, send your product on the following address.

  9. In case of Cash On Delivery, the customer will have to pay the bill and process the return separately.
  10. If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product on care@Scitron.com. Once the complaint is raised, you have to send us a picture of your damaged/defective product along with the description of the damage at care@Scitron.com
