5 Easy Recipes Under 10 Mins With Scitron Basic Whey

Ingredients
- 2 cups nonfat yogurt (you may even opt for a flavoured yogurt of your choice)
- 1 large frozen banana
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ - 1 scoop Scitron Basic Whey Protein Powder 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add the ingredients in the following order - yogurt, banana, spinach and then protein powder. You are advised to add the protein powder at the end as it tends to get stuck on the sides of the blender and the taste differs when something like that happens.
There are 2 ways to freeze the mixture -
a. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and freeze for about 10-15 mins. Add chocolate chips right before taking out the yogurt from the ice cream machine and stir the mixture to distribute it evenly. You can eat this soft mixture right away or you can let it freeze in the refrigerator for an hour to have a firm mixture.
b. You can use this alternative method if you don’t have an ice cream maker. After blending all the ingredients, pour the mixture into a container and freeze for about 2 hours. Stir the mixture with a spoon every half hour. By doing this process you are not allowing ice crystals to form in the yogurt. This will give your ice cream the perfect texture.
2. Protein Brownie
This ultimate miniature protein brownie is quick, easy, healthy and tastes just like a gooey brownie. This snack is vegan and gluten-free, which makes it even more interesting.
Ingredients
- ½-1 scoop Scitron Basic Whey Protein Powder
- Coconut flour
- Granulated sweetener of your choice
- Cocoa powder
- Pinch of baking soda
- Pinch of baking powder
- Milk of your choice
- 2-3 tablespoon unflavoured yogurt
- Chocolate chips
Instructions
Grease a large, microwave-safe mug and put all the dry ingredients into it and mix them well. Then add yogurt and milk and mix until you get a smooth batter. Add chocolate chips and give it a stir to even out the chocolate chips.
Microwave the mug for around 60 seconds - 2 minutes.
You can eat that straight from the mug or take the gooey mixture out and enjoy it with ice cream.
You can even make this brownie in the oven. Just preheat the oven to 180C and bake for around 10-12 minutes and check whether the centre is cooked appropriately
3. Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of your choice

- 1 banana

- ½ cup ice
Peanut butter, chia seeds or spices of your choice (optional).
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients together in a blender and blend it till you get a smooth texture.
