What if I’m taking this pill in my pre workout and in post workout I take protein with creatine so it is safe to take it? Or should I leave taking this pill?

You can take this before a workout or in the morning too. It's basically just like your coffee but stronger and makes you more active/focused. We would advise against taking it at night.
